“De Soeten Inval” is a monumental restored building from 1576, located in a prime location, right in the center of Middelburg. Dsi holiday apartments, of which de Soeten Inval is part, has a number of different apartments and studios for rent.

Apartment “De Soeten” is a fully furnished characteristic apartment for two people on the ground floor.

Apartment “De Inval” is an attractive apartment for up to 5 people on the first and second floor. T his is a spacious fully furnished apartment, sufficient for a long-term stay.

Just further down the street are studios 82A and 82B.

Studio A is a spacious studio of 45 m2 suitable for 2 people

Studio B suitable for two people is 35 m2.

Both studios are modern and fully equipped for longer stays and are located on the ground floor.

“De Soeten”

Apartment ”De Soeten” is aimed at two people and is located on the ground floor. The cozy living and dining room is fully furnished and equipped with a television.

From the living room you reach the other part of the house after a small elevation. Here are the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is neat and fully equipped: in addition to a cooking option, there is a Nespresso machine, a combination microwave and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. From the kitchen you can go to the bathroom and the bedroom.

The bathroom has a sink, hairdryer and shower cabin. The bedroom contains a spacious wardrobe and a double bed. The apartment's toilet is located in the portal.

“De Inval”

The five-person apartment De Inval is located on the first floor. The attractively furnished living room has a sitting area with TV and stereo. The luxurious kitchen-diner has a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a combination microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and kettle.

The second floor consists of a bedroom, landing and bathroom. There is a single bed on the landing. In addition, the landing in the higher part houses a washing machine and a dryer. In addition to a double bed, the bedroom has a hanging cupboard and wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and modern with shower, sink and toilet.

The third floor, the ridge, can be accessed via a small staircase on the landing. Lying in the ridge of the roof, the beam construction, which remained visible during the renovation, gives the sleeping attic a special touch. The sleeping loft can be used by two people.
